  • When can I check in and out?

    Self-check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible hours, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Yes, pets are welcome in selected apartments – specifically in FENJOY No°1 & 2 and in FENJOY No°7 to 13.

  • Is there parking at the accommodations?

    Yes, each of our accommodations offers at least one free parking space. Even if you're traveling with two vehicles, this is no problem.

  • Are bed linen and towels provided?

    Yes, we provide our guests with high-quality, hotel-quality bed linens and towels for every stay – everything is prepared for you upon arrival.

  • Is there a travel cot and high chair?

    Yes, we are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair free of charge upon request. Please let us know before your arrival so we can prepare everything. Please bring your own sleeping bag or crib bedding.

  • Cancellation policy

    Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. From this point on, we will charge 100% of the booking amount.
